Today marks an anniversary of sorts. Three years ago I dusted off the guide to Connecticut and turned into this blog, the almost daily rant and rave of what’s on my mind. Over the years, the Connecticut guide stuff faded away and the local sausage making of government here in Norwalk gained more ground. The very first post here, three years ago, was on health care.
