Sweet, Obama Voters Captured In Natural Habitat

Two things about this youtube clip. One is that Charlie Brooker is brilliantly profane. If you have no admiration for the Brit sense of sarcasm, you might want to skip this. The second, is after laughing myself silly, I immediately thought, these are the twits that think Barack Obama should be president.

I’m not a twit and I DO think Barack Obama should be president. Politicians can’t always help it if occasional twits take a shine to them.

  • 2 Rita // Feb 24, 2008 at 11:24 am

God help us. Who are these parents promoting and encouraging this type of behavior in their children. The parents need to be punished!!!! Our country is futher doomed if this is the view into our future leaders…..

  • 3 Anonymous // Feb 24, 2008 at 12:10 pm

If you haven’t watched this program yet, you are in for a real shocker. If any of you even consider something this outrageous you too need to be slapped. This program is the most disgusting display of spoiled rotten brats and their equally rotten parents competeing for their kids affections.

  • 4 the kids are all right // Feb 24, 2008 at 12:27 pm

Every generation has some twits in it. I’ve been researching the “millenials” — generation born 1980 to 2000. They are generally civic minded, altruistic, optimistic, multi-tasking w/o stressing about it, and are completely at home with technology (without even thinking about it). Gamers, especially, have developed sophisticated skills. One of the articles stated that kids as young as 12 are creating sophisticated PERT charts to track who is online, when in their game world. Millenials expect to be innovative and get immediate and frequent recognition for wht they’re doing — because that’s what they’re used to.

They like Obama because he hits the right notes of optimism and immediacy. He is working off a different paradigm than Hillary, McCain and the rest of the field.

Personally, I’m all for Hillary. I think she’s what we need right now — experience, track record, gradual transiton away from macho, and (yes) even Bill.

Anyone read Maureen Dowd in the Times today about how Obama out-feminizes Hillary?

But, in the next election, I’m with the Millenials. Bring on Obama — but next go round.

all of the weirdos that backed howard dean are out in support of barack obama, that is why the dems are doomed to failure

  • 6 the kids are all right // Feb 24, 2008 at 1:03 pm

Talk to someone from VT about Howard Dean — a terrific, fiscally conservative former governor of that great state. He was completely misrepresented in the media and anyone who knows him understands that. Of course, media is what makes election winners, so…..

  • 7 anonymous // Feb 24, 2008 at 1:08 pm

who let the freak’s out ?

  • 8 Sean // Feb 24, 2008 at 3:05 pm

Hey, Turf you must be supporting John McCain for Prez?

Like, my hero Chuck Norris said -he is too old to be president! One term maybe!

#5- Who are you calling a weirdo? Obama has a lot of supporters.

  • 9 Anon432 // Feb 24, 2008 at 5:20 pm

That clip was like a train wreck you want to turn away but you can’t. Wow, how is the connection made between Obama and Amanda in the clip. I missed it. I am a Dem that votes for who ever when it comes down to the vote. I can’t vote for either Obama or Clinton I just can’t do it…

  • 10 anonymous // Feb 24, 2008 at 8:07 pm

    sean is probably supporting nader.

  • 11 Anony-bama // Feb 24, 2008 at 10:51 pm

The clip is here because Turfie bet wrong on the PIAPS and she’s having buyer’s remorse.

  • 12 Sean says Mac is Wack // Feb 25, 2008 at 5:55 am

#10 In the year 2000- a vote for Nader- was one for Bush!

This year a vote for Nader- is a vote for the John McCain. MAC is WACK- 100 year war and a pledge to veto earmarks- Norwalk needs a lot of federal dollars from- Congress!

    No earmarks- means higher taxes!

So repeat after me “MAC IS WACK”

I am a proud democrat and I am supporting the next president of the United States - B. Obama!

  • 13 turfgrrl // Feb 25, 2008 at 7:29 am

Sean: I’m supporting Hillary for president.
  • 14 anon // Feb 25, 2008 at 8:58 am

Sean -repeat after me: Barak HUSSEIN Obama is a MUSLIM! Good luck with that.

100 year war??!!?? Copying talking points I see.
The real majority of this country isn’t bying your “retreat from Iraq” verbage Sean. There “just words” right Sean?

And to speak of Osama’s, er, Obama’s experience? NOT!!!

    WHAT EXPERIENCE??
ONLY Three lousy years in the senate with NO bills that he even sponsered or proposed makes him ready for the presidentcy???
    NOT!
They put a price on all of Barak Husseins’s “pie in the sky” programs at over 20 BILLION!
Who’s goning to pay for it Sean?? The taxpayers, that’s who.

Change?? Yeah …that’s all you’ll have in your pockets, loose change, when Barak Hussein is done with you. Loose change from a loose mouth.

  • 15 Sean // Feb 25, 2008 at 11:41 am

Anon- John McCain supports a hundred year war and wants to ban earmarks. The kind of earmarks that could help Norwalk move in the right direction.

How could a grant writer apply for federal funds or ask Chris Shays to bring home the beacon- when John McCain wants to ban earmarks?

No federal dollars = tax increases!

Who is running the straight talk express?

    The Lobbyist!

Anon- your words make you appear like bigot/racist! Using the word “Muslim ” as a insult- makes you appear to be a uneducated fool.

Obama is not a Muslim- he is a member of the United Church of Christ! Mac is Wack!

    Shame on you- Anon!

  • 16 anon // Feb 25, 2008 at 1:54 pm

Sorry Sean, The people of this country WILL NOT ultimately vote for Osama, err, Obama HUSSEIN Barak. Call it predudice, call it corn flakes for that matter. It will be an issue in the general election, even though Obama says he’s a christian. Hey, I wouldn’t vote for Romney because he’s a Mormon. Even though I might be wrong for it, it’s how I feel. Think about the south, the red south especially, do you think they’d vote for a person who’s name sounds like Osama Bin Ladden and whose middle name is Hussein??? Please don’t say yes, because you know you’d be lying. Just Look at the leftist Dem whacko’s when they talk about the Christian right or the evangelicals. You get my point.

What are you yapping about earmarks Sean? Earmark money comes from taxpayers doesn’t it Sean? Wheather you take from taxpayer ear mark money or tax directly from John Q. Taxpayer, it still comes out of our pockets. There is NO WAY you can buy Obama’s “pie in the SKY’ nonsences. Where the hell do you think the money for all these programs is going to come from? Get real..it comes from the taxpayer from whichever pile you take it from. The only “Change” Obama offers, is the change in your pocket that will be left from your tax dollars! And I’m not talking quarters, dimes or even nickels, but mere pennies are all that will left in your pocket (if that)!

And cut the racist Bull $h!t Sean!! Barak has split the Dem white vote, He won in Iowa, a 95% white state, yet what percentages of Blacks vote for him?? Over 95%.. Who’s the REAL Racist Sean?
Black voters are the Most Robotic Dem (and racist) voters there are. Don’t even try to spin this!

And once again Sean…What the hell has Obama done anyway?? (please answer)
Nothing to show for his skimmpy three years in office, no bill sponsoring, no record. All we get from him is “JUST WORDS”.. and even that line he copies!!! Obama has what we call from where I’m from as “ALL SIZZLE, NO STEAK”.

  • 17 Sean // Feb 25, 2008 at 2:32 pm

Anon: Black people are the most robotic and racist voters there are?

Your platitude makes no sense- Black voters are often forced to choose between two white candidates. Except in some districts were minorities have 51 percent representation.

Your a real racist- and need to come to Jesus!

There were lots of topics to chat about Saturday morning and Hillary was right at the top.
Well, it appears the Hildabeast is not a happy camper these days. With the number of delegate numbers steadily declining for her, it is only a matter of time before the Clinton machine begins to go into full mobilization. One can only imagine how many “bodies” will appear in the coming weeks. In keeping with historic practice, there should also be a large influx of cash from some “unknown” sources for the “campaign” which will somehow mysteriously be deposited into some Clinton “foundation” that she will use to donate to some charities. ….like the island retreat for poor millionaire movie actors or the 999k club. (That’s the club for those unfortunate congressman who just can’t seem to make ends meat with less than a million dollar a year salary). If things really get bad she may have to sell off some of the items she stole from the white house when she left.

Maybe we will be treated to a video clip of her thighness (when she doesn’t know the video is rolling) talking about Obama and hear how she “really” talks behind the scenes.

We even heard about an individual who defected to the “dark side” and registered as a Democrat so they could vote for the Hildabeast! How sad it is to see the ill informed make such an idiotic mistake such as consciously wanting to hand over this county to a narcissistic socialist power hungry wackjob such as the Bitch from Arkansas. I recall a quote, I think it went something like….for they know not what they do…………….

    To all the poor ignorant women who would even consider voting for Hillary Clinton, here is a little story you should read;

A young woman was about to finish her first year of college. Like so many others her age, she considered herself to be a very liberal Democrat, and was very much in favor of the redistribution of wealth.

She was deeply ashamed that her father was a rather staunch Republican, a feeling she openly expressed. Based on the lectures that she had participated in, and the occasional chat with a professor, she felt that her father had for years harbored an evil, selfish desire to keep what he thought should be his.

One day she was challenging her father on his opposition to higher taxes on the rich and the addition of more government welfare programs. The self-professed objectivity proclaimed by her professors had to be the truth and she indicated so to her father. He responded by asking how she was doing in school.

Taken aback, she answered rather haughtily that she had a 4.0 GPA, and let him know that it was tough to maintain, insisting that she was taking a very difficult course load and was constantly studying, which left her no time to go out and party like other people she knew. She didn’t even have time for a boyfriend, and didn’t really have many college friends because she spent all her time studying.

Her father listened and then asked, ‘How is your friend Audrey doing?’

She replied, ‘Audrey is barely getting by. All she takes are easy classes, she never studies, and she barely has a 2.0 GPA. She is so popular on campus; college for her is a blast. She’s always invited to all the parties, and lots of times she doesn’t even show up for classes because she’s too hung over.’

Her wise father asked his daughter, ‘Why don’t you go to the Dean’s office and ask him to deduct a 1.0 off your GPA and give it to your friend who only has a 2.0. That way you will both have a 3.0 GPA and certainly that would be a fair and equal distribution of GPA.’

The daughter, visibly shocked by her father’s suggestion, angrily fired back, ‘That wouldn’t be fair! I have worked really hard for my grades! I’ve invested a lot of time, and a lot of hard work! Audrey has done next to nothing toward her degree. She played while I worked my tail off!’

The father slowly smiled, winked and said gently, ‘Welcome to the Republican Party.”

I don’t see the connection between the Sweet 16 show and Obama.

Beyond who is supporting whom- one would think that the current situation would not be blamed on Obama or the type of people who support him but perhaps the past regimes and that brings what candidate to mind? Not that I think there is a connection there either.

Excesses are always found. Right now, they are getting on TV- the proverbial 15 minutes of fame has found new life.

But self examination by a culture is always interesting.

  • 21 I'm not for ba -ROCK'OH // Feb 26, 2008 at 12:26 am

Did you see the picture of Barry Hussein in the Somali Muslim garb? Some are trying to say that what ObamaSama is wearing is local tribal garb - that is pure bull crap - Somalia is almost 100% Muslim and what he is donning in that photo is Muslim Garb. Yet he won’t wear an American Flag on his lapel, or put his hand over his heart when the Pledge of Allegiance is being recited. And his wife lacks pride for her country, the country that gave her an undeserved admission ticket to the Ivy League and privilege. That “Yes We Can” mantra sounds so much like he’s sounding the “Allah is Great” muslim prayer mantra over and over again. And while you are at it, check out who is supporting his candidacy - Hugo Cha-scum-vez, Fidel and Raul Commie-Castro, Kim Jong-very ill, Maccckkkkkhmoooud Acchhhhhmadinejad (aka the “Let’s Kill All Americans-man”) and yesterday he picked up the support of the leader of the Nation of Islam, Louis (I like Hitler) Farrakhan. What does that say about who wants Barry Hussein as President of the U.S.?
When you take a closer look, Hillary doesn’t seem so bad.

  • 22 anon // Feb 26, 2008 at 8:01 am

    Hey Sean, your comment:

“Your platitude makes no sense- Black voters are often forced to choose between two white candidates. Except in some districts were minorities have 51 percent representation.

Your a real racist- and need to come to Jesus!”

Blacks DO vote Robotic like - 95% or higher on the Democratic ticket? ROBOTS! Just anaylze your stupidity (sorry to use such harsh words, but true) Just hear this out.

Just this past few months in Florida, there were the Republican & Democtrat parties bending over backwards for the Latino vote. One Democrat even was quoted as saying, “I can beleive what Hillary is promising the latinos!” Sean, do you know why the latinos had BOTH major political parties pandering to them? It’s because the latinos split their vote. They more or less were split amoungst BOTH parties. And as a result BOTH parties tried to “earn their vote”.
Now lets look at the Black vote. Lets even look at the Black vote in SoNo. They vote like Democratic robots every election. If the Dems ran Adolf Hitler and the Republicans ran Mother Theresa, Hitler would win..And you KNOW it!
Here’s my point - What have the Dem’s done for you in the past 40 years in SoNo? Why should the Dems even care to do anything for you. They take the voting in District B for granted. And the republicans say “Why should we even BOTHER to get their votes, they’d never support us anyway, so why support them.” If the black voters of South Norwalk, like the rest of the country, would swing at least 30 to 35% of their vote to the republicans, you’d see BOTH parties trying to sway the black Vote and get things done in this community.

And finally Sean, your last comment calling me a racist, is a stupid knee-jerk O.J reaction on your part. Better look again Sean, Whites have voted for Barak even in 95% white Iowa, yet the Black vote in this country has voted 95% TOTAL for Barak because of his color. We all know who the real racists are, don’t we?

  • 23 Sean // Feb 26, 2008 at 8:04 am

    #21 Anon

Your racism is something you have to deal with- come to Jesus! The problem is not with Obama- your problem is with African Americans. You make statements that our outside of the mainstream.

Most people do not agree with you- so go away!

  • 24 anon // Feb 26, 2008 at 8:21 am

Proof is in the Numbers Sean! YOU are the racist!
I won’t take your racist Bull $h!t. Stop hiding behind Jesus and admit you are voting for Barak because of his skin color like the Majority of blacks in this country! THe word is RACIST and you wear it well Sean..just go ask Jesus.

  • 25 Sean // Feb 26, 2008 at 10:23 am

Anon- Lets talk truth over racist spin!

Hillary Clinton started out with more black support then Obama, Dodd and Biden. Team Hillary decided to appeal to your type- and remind voters that Obama is a African- American.

Using racist code words- is not a way to appeal to any group.

I know you think your world is coming to an end- but trust in Jesus- he will be there for you!

We have heard your voice- now go away!

Shows what you know Sean - I DO NOT support Hillary. And I will not have you call me a racist. People like you pull “the race card” whenever someone doesn’t agree with you. You can take that card and stuff it up your A$$. Stop preaching about Jesus already, it conflicts with your racist views. If Barak was Asian, or some other race, do you think he’d have 95% of the black vote? NOT! You and others like you have choosen Barak BECAUSE he is black, and THAT make you Sean, A RACIST! Ask Jesus, he’ll tell you too!

  • 28 Sean // Feb 26, 2008 at 12:22 pm

Anon- You need to ask Jesus to help you- with your
    troubles.

You are crying for help- most people do not agree with your racist rants!

If you want to debate the issues- I am happy to defend my position.

I will pray that God- will heal you, sir!

  • 29 Anon // Feb 26, 2008 at 1:45 pm

Thanks, but no thanks Sean. I beleive YOU are the racist here. You can feel the same about me if that makes you feel better. I am perfectly OK with Jesus without you “having to put in a good word” for me, but if you want to, then that’s ok too. I’ll pray for you that he “heals” you too Sean.

  • 30 Anon // Feb 26, 2008 at 3:47 pm

Here you go Sean and all you Osama-bama’s…Hers’s Ol’ Barak HIMSELF saying he isn’t ready for the Job…or are they “Just Words”?? Enjoy…
