The last photo wasn’t much of a puzzler, most of you got the location, which was Oyster Shell Park, which Katie got within an hour of the post going up. I truly enjoyed all the guesses of what it was, very snarky, mucho appreciated over here. The artifact is, an abandoned electrical shed. It was built to service the planned an amphitheater which seems to have migrated over to Vets Park. Or does Norwalk need two?

The Mercedes Benz 600 convertible alas, is not the turf-mobile of choice, that would be the Aston Martin V8 Vantage, if anyone is keeping track.

I’m thinking of offering this as a weekly feature with prizes of gift certificates to local merchants. For now, we continue our trial version, no prize, suggest anything about making this more fun. Here you only need to say where, but be specific. And guess away.

so maybe a new question is where are the buildings all being done over for a movie? I can’t imagine there doing the whole area over as in makeover, painting the buildings replacing the boards with glass using 1920 era props and using rental trucks and trailors for outlay,,I realize I saw something in the paper but where are all the drug dealers, prostitutes, and crimminals going to hang while shooting Wall st? I say good luck to the rest of the city cause their not going to hang here….

I have to admit the street has never looked so good and now the local reporters can browse the street while there is safety…..and see whats behind these buildings..
