Thanks for posting the concert series- that’s great! Can you leave it somewhere apparent so I can find it and be reminded throughout the summer? Like a local links?

How many people attend these concerts? I would be curious. The content listed doesn’t especially appeal to my tastes. Rowayton has a free concert series on Sundays that appears to have more eclectic offerings, the listing can be found at http://www.rowaytonct.com/summermusic2007.html.

These concerts attract hundreds of people each year. Both young and old alike listen to music performed by local bands and military bands. They are quite good and are family events. Oldies, country, big band appeal to many different audiences. there are children’s shows as well.

Do you work for the City? Sounds like you’re promoting their concerts. Bookmarking their site is a simple way of having easy access to the information on the concert series.

#5-no, I go to the concerts all the time and bring the grandkids. I happen to like the music they offer and have not paid to see these shows since they are held at calf pasture and vets park and they are free.

I went to concerts in Vets park last year. Thanks for posting the link, I never knew that was there.
