Want to tell the D.O.T. your thoughts on the taxi service in Norwalk? Here’s when and where:
Public Hearing with DOT Hearing Officer
Friday, June 8, 2007 from 10 am until about 3PM
Community Room- City Hall.Tell them what is good, what is bad and what your experience has been.
They want to hear your thoughts and ask you about your personal experiences.

-
P.S. You can come and go anytime during that time period. You don’t have to stay from 10 until 3.
The day is open for you to walk in anytime and leave anytime. And if you don’t use taxis, they want to know why and what, if anything, would cause you to consider using taxis.

Doesn’t anyone want to talk about the Sopranos? My theory is that Paulie Walnuts is a triple “agent” and is leaking to both the NY mob and the Feds. What do you think? Will Tony Survive? Anyone out there watching?
-
Don’t think so. I believe it will end up with everyone sleeping with the fishes. ‘Cept for AJ and Meadow and Carmela. If Paulie were a snitch I think we would have had some hint of it by now. He’s just got a big mouth, as you saw when T was with him in Fla.

Artie “The Scab” Scialabba - bailing on locals to go upstate.
Dickie “Da Mooch” Moccia - a survivor; probably will be around in some form or another.
Peter “Consigliere” Nolin - what can you say? Lawyers always know the odds.
Nicky “The Tongue” Kydes - fall guy. Most easily disposed of.
Chris “The Big C” Handrinos - Running the Bada Bing until he gets an offer he can’t refuse.
Oops. Sorry, wrong show…

Did you notice that Paulie was curious to know if Tony knew about the order to hit his “family”? I bet he tipped off Phil that they were coming after him.
Also, when Tony spoke to Carmella he said “didn’t anyone call you?” Paulie and the guys were told to tell everyone and no one called Carm. I think that was Paulie’s job.
He’s dumb and a little crazy. He could be the leak. Someone pointed out that he parked his car out front of the “safe house” where they took refuge but Tony parked in the back. Maybe I’m just suspcious. -
I think Paulie is against Tony, he has been bummed out and not happy in the family from the beginning. Honestly, Paulie has been playing both sides all along. Go back to his relationship with John when he told that they poked some fun of Jenny’s weight. That was New York. Sil made a comment about how the New York crew were trying to recruit several people into new management. He just decided against it. That doesn’t mean Paulie wasn’t so hard to flip. Paulie got convinced. I think Tony will go into hiding/witness protection program selling Pizza. Remember it was in season 4 or 5 his lawyer was holding his money. Tony is rich. Carmela is rich seperate from Tony. I think they have to keep Tony alive to have a spin off in a couple of years.

Tony will end up surviving an attack, but to what? Tony’s life as he knows it will be shattered by the death of Carm, A.J., Meadow, or all three. How will they die? Not at the hands of rival gangsters, but in some big NYC terrorist attack, the clues have been dropping all season long. The big shock in the final episode won’t be who lives or dies but that Tony Soprano’s petty and ultimately insignificant crime world will be overshadowed by a much bigger and more important event. Tony and his crew are clueless to the larger events taking place around them, the Global War on Terror, which A.J. has been foreshadowing with his sudden interest in the world’s problems, Iraq, terrorism, etc. Remember, Melfi commented to Tony, “A.J, who knew nothing, now knows everything.” Remember the computer screen when Tony slapped AJ? Also, in an earlier episode, A.J. was reading Joan Didion’s Slouching Toward Bethlehem, a big clue to the coming finale, in which Tony, having strutted and fretted his hour upon the stage — his life filled with sound and fury — finally realizes it all signifies nothing.

By George I think Jane’s got it! Excellent thinking it out and that makes a whole lot of sense. I like it!

And back to Paulie…he was extremely cruel and jealous toward Christopher. He ultimately drove him back to drinking and drugs. He’s not to be trusted! Some how Sil will survive but Stevey VanZant better take that weight off or he’s going to either blow up or have a heart attack. What’s that all about?
Love the show, love the language…the massacre of the English language and they way the women speak that Joysey accent and try to sound hoytey toytey. Too funny!
