I have happily worked with the IFAI for many years. Despite some severe budget cuts, the IFAI once again has created another two week cultural festival worth checking out. There are many free events in addition to the fantastic assortment of theater and music performances. New Haven has much to offer in the way of cultural attractions. Below is a sampling:

World Premiere!

The Martha Graham Dance Company celebrates its 80th season with a world premiere of a once-thought-lost work. “Ardent Song (Redux)” is the reconstruction of one of Graham-s masterpieces.

Also on the program is “Appalachian Spring” (1944) with music by Aaron Copland and “Chronicle” (1936) a riveting rejection of war in black, white and red.
