Norwalk is full of a bunch of whiny crybabies, that’s why.

I find it interesting that all these kids home from school were okay to be outside playing in the beautiful weather with all the trees and wires down, but they couldn’t hold school for the same reason? The “logic” of this decision is non-existant! If they can’t run the buses, let the kids WALK. It won’t kill them and it might even be good for their health.

Sure, sure, let them all go out and play in the storm debris! But O.M.G, don’t let them ride a bus to school because it’s far too dangerous!

Infants found wandering? Good call on canceling schools? Have you been home with any elementary school kids this week? Any parent who was home with their kids all week will tell you this is nuts. NPS cancels school, meanwhile most surrounding towns returned to school today! They should have opened schools and urged parents to drive the kids to school. Any parent who has the option of arriving late to work to drive their kid to school vs. having to take the day off because school is closed would drive their kid. Why was Wport, Darien and New Canaan able to get their kids back to school today? BOE and NPS say they want our kids to be competitive but we can’t even get them back to school? Communication has been horrendous.

Norwalk public Schools will re open Monday March 22, full schedule.

No school Friday March 19.

Good call.

Two seperate reports of infants found wandering today.

DCF is throwing tantrums and have their hands full.

Parents, keep your kids within eye sight till the all clear comes out.

Everyone do not approach any wires, immediately notify 911 of any wires down.
