One week ago today, Dan Malloy officially became a candidate for Governor.

Malloy continued his torrid pace of appearances, appearing on WFSB’s Face the State, answering questions from panelists Daniela Altimari of The Hartford Courant, Ted Mann of The Day, and host Dennis House.

Since announcing his candidacy, Malloy appeared opposite other Democratic candidates at the Weston, Wilton, & Westport DTC Gubernatorial Forum last Wednesday, the Torrington DTC Forum last Thursday, the Stonington “Meet the Candidates” event and the Salem, East Lyme, & Old Lyme DTC’s Candidate Forum last Saturday. On Saturday night Malloy was the Keynote speaker at the Bethel DTC’s annual Jefferson, Jackson, Bailey dinner. Monday saw Malloy at the Norwalk DTC, Tuesday at the Winchester DTC, and Malloy returns to the Bloomfield DTC this evening.
Tomorrow evening Malloy has a packed schedule, beginning with a return appearance at the East Hampton and Glastonbury DTC’s, and another face off with Democratic front runner Ned Lamont and other hopefuls at the Canton, Avon, and Simsbury DTC’s Gubernatorial forum. Friday WVIT is holding another Gubernatorial forum hosted by Tom Monahan. And Saturday the State Employee Bargaining Agent Coalition (SEBAC) hosts their own Gubernatorial forum for Democratic candidates & explorers.
