Another Gun Arrest, Four Total

As part of a continuing investigation, Norwalk Police arrested another individual involved with the sale and possession of firearms at 2 p.m. this afternoon.

Today’s arrest is in addition to the three young men arrested for similar charges at 8:30 p.m. Thursday evening. Three handguns were recovered during this investigation and are being held as evidence.

All four men were arrested as part of a joint operation involving members of the Special Services and Detective Divisions, with assistance from the Patrol Division.

Norwalk, CT

Sammy DeJesus, age 18, was arrested on a warrant at approximately 2 p.m. today, Friday, March 19, 2010. The arrest warrant carries a court set bond of $250,000.00. DeJesus was issued a court date of March 29, 2010 and was charged with the following crimes:
