  • Firemen on the ball

    No Disrespect for Dan,

But we interupt this thread for some Breaking, GOOD, news.

Our Firefighters went from a dead sleep to top gear, zero to 150, this morning in minutes. We may be in need of improvment in many service’s but we can rest confident we do have true professionals manning thoses giant red machines that make so much racket, watching over us 24/7.

Dispatched at 0406 hrs to Catalpa street arrival 0408, initial knock down 0416 and under control 0430. Lets hope no one was injured and acknowledge credit where credit is due.

Thank You Norwalk Fire and Rescue Department.

Now, those boys have there act together. Dont ya think they derserve a safe moderen facilty, one with gender equality design for future woman firefighters?

Great work guys. We may get shot in a robbery or carjacking but all you guys that where that helmet make us all rest just a little easier. Thank you all.
    Good work.

We now return you to your regular programing of in depth political analysis by your regular commentors talking nonsense.

That old building is a time bomb waiting to go off. If it was in any type of a tiny earthquake it would be the leading cause of causality’s in the city.

Over the years it is was not too reassuring to get under the trucks to put on the chains, look to your side and notice that the apparatus floor has sunk 5 inches from the level of the wall base.

This building is like a black hole, it keeps sucking in money and it never looks any different.
