It was in the big building on that corner (a few feet away from the sign) - the one with the big banner wrapped around the top for "Wall Street Place". Loaded up the family and drove ALLLL the way down from east Norwalk to the corner of Isaac and Wall but we couldn't find anything other than a sandwich sign that said "A lot Apples".
