Keep negelcting East Ave. and it will deteriorate.</description>

  “It includes widening up West Avenue, new signals, new sidewalks, new decorative historic street lighting,” said Richard Linnartz<br />
According to Richard Linnartz the city cannot afford to add decorative historic street lighting and pavered sidewalks to the East Avenue project?</p>
