		<description>It is likely that Wilbur&#039;s homeowner&#039;s policy excluded sexual assault, which means even if he is innocent, he would pay a pretty penny to prove that, not to mention all the harm to his reputation that would come just from the unproven allegations being public. In my view the question is why in the world he agreed to a settlement that had only a $1,000 penalty for violating the confidentiality agreement.</description>
