can’t help wondering if the investigators ever looked into recent medical history of Officer Morelli. There are a number of prescription drugs with side effects that have been shown to lead to suicide.

The website says they belong to CONNPAC but were evaluated by CALEA and accredited by them, which is a NATIONAL organization, which does accreditation assessments across the country. TURFF!!! Please research this and give your opinion.

City is responsible, and uses some outside private consultant to administer the exams. There are several companies that offer these services.

Yep. Its the regional organization. CALEA is the NATIONAL organization that accredited Norwalk. Then they joined CONNPAC. Look on the side of the police cars. It is CALEA accredited. Turff, please explain it to him.
