Why would the taxpayers want to fund more money to the Maritime Aquarium when they still owe the city a back debt? Why are we always expected to compromise our AAA bonding for projects that benefit others? When is someone going to stand up and ask the right questions before we are bound to new projects? Mr. Greenpeace, how do you cook your duck?
